Didn't get on to post last night...busy with Sam I guess.....

Breakfast:

1 Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Leftover Shepherd's Pie
1/2 cup Roasted Vegetable Blend (baked)
2 rolls
Water

Snack:
7 White Cheddar Pringles (equals 1/2 serving)

Dinner:

1 slice Pepperoni and Green Pepper Pizza from Napoli's with Ranch dressing
Antipasto salad
Water
