Weight: Dunno, forgot to weigh myself this morning....

Breakfast:
Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Leftover Sweet & Sour Chicken with Rice (I could eat that every day...MmmmMmmm)
Water

Snack:
1 slice of Jello No-Bake cheesecake

Dinner:
1 tomato-basil marinaded thin-cut pork chop
Velveeta Shells and Cheese
Schwan's Super Sweet Corn
2 rolls
Water

Snack:
1 package of Little Debbie Swiss Cake rolls
potato chips with french onion dip (Sam is a bad influence in the evenings...he's a big "midnight" snacker)

Water: 50oz

Exercise: Absolutely None
