Skye 2/15/06

I did VERY BAD yesterday. I just could not stop eating for some reason. :(

Weight: 138.8 (Yea! I broke the 139's!)

Breakfast:
Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast

Snack @ MOPs:
Triple Berry Muffin
1 piece Hershey Caramel Valentine's Chocolate
Water

Lunch:
Caesar Side Salad from Wendy's
Most of a Big Bacon Classic
Water

Dinner:
Ravioli with sauce
half of a garlic breadstick
large mixed greens salad with croutons, bacon bits and ranch

Dessert:
Heart-shaped frosted sugar cookie

More Snack:
Handful of ruffles chips with french onion dip

Water: Hhhmmm, didn't keep track but I'm sure I got over 60 oz.
