Skye 2/10/06

I don't think I did that well today....I'll write down everything and see what we've got

Weight: 139.4

Breakfast:
Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
1 slice leftover Napoli Pizza with Pepperoni and Green Peppers and Ranch Dressing
Antipasto Salad
Water

Dinner:
Spaghetti with Four Cheese Tomato Sauce
3 small Meatballs
2 slices french baguette bread
Water

Snack:
1 scoop Fudge Brownie Chocolate Frozen Yogurt (Lisa, only 3g of Fat in that stuff!)

Water:
36oz and still drinking a bottle that I should have finished before bed which will put me at 44oz
