Skye 2/21

Weight: 139.6 (it just keeps going back up....*sigh*)

Breakfast:
Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Leftover hamburger with 1/2 slice rf cheese with Ketchup/mustard
Light Mixed Berry Yogurt
Water

Dinner:
1 stuffed Chicken w/ Broccoli/cheese
1/2 c green beans
1/2 c roasted vegetables
3/4 c chicken and broccoli noodles
Water

Snack:
1 Hershey w/ Almonds bar

Water: 52oz

Exercise: I bowled 3 games tonight. Didn't do too badly either. :)

:) I didn't mean to put the hershey's in bold....looks like I'm taunting everyone else to eat one!

I really like the broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken too. Lloyd doesn't though so we buy him the Cordon Bleu.
