Skye 2/13/06

I didn't do well at all today....We went out to La Fiesta and it didn't make anything any better. I also seem to be stuck at 139....maybe if I actually exercise that would go down.

Breakfast:
Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
4 small Meatballs on a hot dog bun with real grated parmesean cheese
handful of ruffles potato chips
1/2 c pears
Water

Dinner:
2 small chicken and cheese quesadillas (with salsa)
1 Jalepeno and cheese popper
1 small Onion Ring
handful of tortilla chips with salsa
a few bites of side salad with lowfat ranch
1/2 of a Fudge Lava cake
Water

Water: Not sure. I think I drank 3 bottles in addition to my water at the restaurant, so around 68 oz?
