Skye 2/22

Weight: 137.0 (I even weighed myself 3 times this morning cause I didn't believe the scale....two times it was 137.0 and the last time was 136.8...I'll probably gain back after I'm done being sick! *grin*)

Breakfast:
Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Diced Chicken Sandwich with Miracle Whip, Mixed Greens and 1 slice rf cheese
Mixed Greens Salad with croutons and Ranch
Water

Dinner:
Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice
Water

Snack:
1/2 c Caramel Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

Water: 50oz

Exercise: Absolutely None

I measured each once and now I just guesstimate based on the first measurement. :)
