Skye 2/11/06

Bad Skye! :(

Since Sam has been home I have gotten worse and worse in my food choices. :( I think it is because he was used to eating fast food and junk while he was gone so he is still doing that now and I do not have the discipline to say no to the bad stuff and now I am craving it again. UGH!

Sooooo, here's my journal.

Weight: 139.8

Breakfast:
Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Baby Pan! Pan! (pepperoni and cheese)
Half of a "Giant" Pretzel with cheese
Water

Dinner: (Sam and Lloyd had Pizza...Hard to pass that up)
1/2 of a 6" Roast Beef Sub with mustard (lettuce, tomato and cheese)
1 c. Herb Roasted Vegetables (just broccoli, carrots and red pepper, I didn't eat the Potatoes)
Water

Snack:
Handful of Ruffles chips
2 Strawberries

Water: 54oz
