Breakfast:
Raspberry Fruit & Grain Bar
mini blueberry muffin
Water

Lunch:
1 1/2 Grilled Cheese
Tomato Soup with Saltine Crackers
Water

Dinner:
Betty Crocker Turkey Dinner quickbake meal thingie-ma-bobber
2 slices of bread with butter
Water

Dessert:
1c Fudge Brownie Frozen Yogurt

Snack:
Cheese Nips thin crisps 100 Calorie pack

Water: 44oz (so far)

Exercise: I pushed a cart through Walmart for an hour with lots of heavy stuff on the bottom of the cart...like this 20lb tub of joint compound, water, cat litter, etc! I could hardly steer that damned thing! That HAS to count!
