Skye 2/20

Weight: 139.2 (d'oh, how'd that happen??)

Breakfast:
Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Leftover Turkey stuffing thing
Light Raspberry Yogurt
Water

Dinner:
1 hamburger with 1/2 slice rf cheese with Ketchup/mustard/dill relish
6 Potato onion swirls
1 c roasted vegetables
Water

Snack:
1c Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Yogurt

Water: 40oz

Exercise: I'm sick! :) I helped Sam carry in a HUGE propane tank that was full and very heavy though.....
