Weight: 138.2 (Not sure how that happened after yesterday!)

Breakfast:
Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Salad w/Caesar Dressing
Chicken Noodle Soup
Reduced Fat Crackers
Water

Dinner:
Meatloaf (made w/carrots and celery too)
Mashed Potatoes and gravy
cheesy green beans (sam made them....I could've done w/o the cheese)

Dessert:
3 oreos

Water: 40 oz.
